In 1974, Wine Cellar opened its doors as a small but exclusive wine shop and bistro. From these beginnings, Vicki Dugan created the tradition of culinary excellence that has become the trademark of the Wine Cellar menu.

Over the years, the menu has evolved to combine eclectic, new world dishes with Asian and American influences, as well as the more classic European traditions. To add regional flavor, local produce and indigenous fresh seafood have become integral elements of the recipes.

Consistently rated among the top 500 restaurants in Florida by Florida Trend Magazine; the Wine Cellar continues to win the coveted “Award of Excellence" from the Wine Spectator Magazine, and is rated by Jacksonville Magazine as one of the top 25 restaurants in Jacksonville.
